Your full itinerary — from touchdown to takeoff
This is your vacation too. Everything below is an open invitation — not a requirement. Come to what calls you, skip what doesn’t, and feel 100% free to wander the island on your own terms. We just want you here. ✦
Flights coming in from all directions — head straight to Sea Breeze Beach House, drop your bags, and immediately locate the nearest body of water. Resort transport is available from BGI airport.
You made it! Change into your suit and go touch the Caribbean. Doctor’s orders.
Let’s kick off the week the right way. Join us for a welcome celebration — drinks, good food, great people, and that first “oh wow, we’re really in Barbados” moment.
We’re taking the whole crew out on the water. Grab your swimsuit, slather on the SPF, and meet at the dock. Good vibes and sea turtles guaranteed.
We’ll anchor at one of Barbados’ most famous snorkel spots where the sea turtles hang out. They’re friendly. You’re friendly. It’ll be great.
Rum punch, music, the open ocean, and your favorite people. Life is good.
Today has absolutely no agenda and that is exactly the point. Three pools, a private beach, a full spa, and six restaurants are all waiting for you. Sleep in. Float. Order something with an umbrella in it. You’ve earned it.
Paddleboard, nap in a hammock, get a massage, read a book, make new friends at the swim-up bar. The island doesn’t care what you pick — and neither do we.
Madison and the ladies are fully offline and fully booked at the spa. Facials, massages, maybe some bubbles — the details are TBD but the vibe is luxurious. Ladies, watch your messages.
Blake and the guys are heading out on the water to find the big ones. Whether they actually catch anything is TBD. The banter will be excellent either way.
Boys probably sunburned. Girls glowing. Everyone happy. Reconvene at the resort for a chill evening before the big day.
Today’s the day we’ve been dreaming about. We become husband and wife on the shores of the Caribbean, surrounded by every single person we love. Please be seated by 4:45 — we promise it’ll be worth it.
Find your seat, take a deep breath, and try not to cry before we even get there. (No promises on our end.)
We say “I do.” In Barbados. In front of you. It doesn’t get better than this.
Toast the new Mr. & Mrs. Traughber with a drink in hand and your feet in the sand.
Dinner, toasts, happy tears, and the first dance. Bring your appetite for both food and feelings.
The real party starts now. We’ll see you out there.
For the ones still standing. You know who you are.
Smart casual. Sundresses, linen shirts, nice shorts. Comfortable and easy — we’re on an island.
Elegant tropical attire. Maxi dresses, linen suits, tropical floral prints welcome. No dark suits. Leave spike heels at home.
Resort casual — cover-ups, sundresses, linen. Cool, comfortable, and ready for whatever the day brings.
The wedding is done and the island is waiting. Harrison’s Cave, Bathsheba Beach, Bridgetown, horseback riding at sunset — today’s the day to do the thing you’ve been eyeing all week. Check out the Things To Do page for our favorite spots.
Honestly? Pool. Beach. Brunch. Repeat. No one will judge you. We might even join you.
Check-out is typically 11 AM. BGI airport is about 20 minutes from the resort. Safe and smooth travels back to reality.
We mean it with our whole hearts — thank you for getting on a plane and showing up for us. This week wouldn’t have been the same without you. We love you.
